Description

This ground-floor apartment can accommodate one or two people. It has one large bedroom with two twin size beds, two free-standing wardrobes for clothing storage, a desk and a flat-screen television.
The kitchen/living room opens onto a brick patio in the backyard of the building. The kitchen is fully equipped with with all cooking utensils, dishes and appliances. There is a sofa and desk situated to view a flat-screen television with a DVD player.
The bathroom has a decorative tiled shower and tiled floor. The bedroom and kitchen/living room have hard wood floors, high ceilings and ceiling fans.
