WELCOME TO GOLDEN HILL PLACE

Since 1999, Golden Hill Place (through its sister property, Newport Place) has been providing affordable shared housing for international and American residents in our fully furnished apartments. Many of our residents are attending San Diego's top internships, language schools, universities and colleges.

We offer 1-bedroom apartments for monthly rental to accommodate both short-term and long-term residents. Golden Hill Place is an intimate community of up to 8 residents with only 4 apartments in the building.

Our apartments are fully furnished with everything our residents need to live independently and comfortably - including a fully outfitted kitchen in each apartment and studio.

All-Inclusive Rent - rental rates include: utilities (water, electricity, gas), Internet, telephone, cable TV, and periodic housekeeping.
