WELCOME TO GOLDEN HILL PLACE

Since 1999, Golden Hill Place (through its sister property, Newport Place) has been providing affordable housing for international and American students, interns and professionals.

Golden Hill Place is an intimate community with only 4 apartments in one building. We offer 1-bedroom apartments that can accommodate 1 or 2 people (single or double occupancy). Our apartments are fully furnished with everything residents need to live independently and comfortably - including fully outfitted kitchens. Smoking is not permitted inside the building.

For your convenience and budgeting, we charge all-inclusive rent. Rental rates include: utilities (water, electricity, gas), internet, cable TV, and cleaning every two weeks.

Golden Hill Place can accommodate both short-term and long-term residents with our month-to-month rental agreement.
